It is made from glass fibers of progressive construction. The fibers are increasing in density in direction to the exit air side. Mainly used to collect dusts in HVAC systems and auto rolls. Available in standard size but is customizable as per client requirements.

Fiber glass filter with BF 400. A Polyester scrim is reinforced on the air exit side. The fibers are oiled to avoid the release for the dust after the capture of the filter. Available in different sizes on request. Initial pressure drop is 48 PA and Final pressure drop is 250 PA.

Mainly used as filter media for outroll filters and pocket installed as prefilters in spray booths. Its average atmospheric capacity is 88 % and dust holding capacity is 865 grams/sq.meter. Specially designed by our engineers to satisfy present day requirements of filters.
