Used to produce filtering cells and filtering pocket filters. Composed of Glass fibers with synthetic resin sizing , with progressively more dense structure int he direction of air flow. These can be customized to suit individual requirements of our esteemed customers.

Glass Fibers with BF-200. Particularly used for over spraying in painting booths. The air inlet side is coloured and comes with thickness of 40 mms and weight of 200 grams/sq.meter. The dense layer on air outlet side increases mechanical strength and prevent paint particles from getting through the filter.

Millipore filters with binder resin have superior wet strength and are excellent for collecting over spray in painting booths. Made of glass fibers with BF-240 and comes in thickness of 50 mms - 2" and weight 240 grams/sq.feet. It is especially effective at capturing small, dry paint particles.

These are glass fibers with BF-250 and are manufactured with high-loft filteration media, which is comprised of denser layers. A scrim is added for the overall stability, holding the arrestor in place, thereby reducing air bypass. It is available in thickness of 75 mms and weight 250 grams/sq.feeet.

It is made from glass fibers of progressive construction. These filter are used to collect over spray in painting booths - HVAC systems - auto roll filters. We can change its size as per our customer requirements.
